200HR Teacher Trainings

A 200-hour yoga teacher course for teaching Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga. The course is recognized by the International Yoga Organization (YOGA ALLIANCE), and provides an international certificate that allows you to teach yoga all over the world!

The journey into Yoga is a never-ending path of investigation. Maayan has opened this course from her love of the practice, and a drive to share yoga with all who want to deepen their practice and learn how to share yoga with others. The course will give participants the tools to teach yoga, but is also intended for those who are looking for a personal process and learning.
Maayan has trained over 200 yoga teachers at SIRA YOGA and leading studios in Europe . She is the founder and manager of Sira Yoga and continues to create a space for yoga in the city center that serves a community of hundreds of students.
This course combines wisdom from different yoga styles: Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Dharma, Yin and Rocket and exposes the students to a rich world and a variety of teaching methodologies!
