Rocket Ashtanga-Vinyasa originated in the early 1990s in San Francisco. It is a dynamic and warming practice based on traditional Ashtanga Yoga, but with a seasoning of challenging and fun exercises with an emphasis on inverted poses and balance, in addition to pelvic and heart openness.
